Despite some lingering growing pains, my experience with Singular was positive, in part due to their excellent support and powerful ETL features.

It's great to have all the data centralized on one platform. It speeds up our workload but the interface does get in the way a bit.

Cost aggregation layer makes thing simpler and easier to manager. The availability of the data pipelines to tie marketing data back to product data is awesome.

The UI is not too flexible, takes a while for CS response. We also have issues related to the data load.

The report interface and inability to real time data is the major setback which makes it difficult for marketers to analyze daily performance.

Singular checking data for gaps, errors, ... works very well. Creative reporting is easy to set up thanks to user friendly flow.

Singular helps a lot in attribution as we run campaigns on multiple channels and the customer support is really good.

Client should be able to have their own access to the attribution page. It's inconvenient having to send daily screenshots to advertisers signed up for Veritone.

Some of the setup can be tricky with the way you have to select terms to run reporting.

Getting to know Vertione - I like what I see so far.

I like the ability to breakout the graph line by WEEK or MONTH too... and see associated analytics. Best of all, is being able to document that RADIO works.

That's wholly unacceptable. I used to think it was how I was setting the campaigns up, but I've walked through it with multiple people now and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it.

It's easy to use and mostly intuitive. Can download specific reports which make it easy to share.

Overall, I've appreciated the communication from customer service. The turnaround time from other portions of the team is lacking, unfortunately.

I never received this much push back with the old leads RX software we used to use so Im not sure if there is wording in the email that alerts my advertisers to be weary but it just seems odd.

The Nielsen Impressions and Mentions are what I like most. I like that there is a breakdown of demographics with the Nielsen report to highlight who is listening to our stations.

When it works, it's great. Allows me to show web lift from our schedules.

The support features, both chat and the online guides, make the software easy to use and comprehend.

Hard to learn, but easy to use once you do learn.

It can be difficult to navigate and not all data is relevant to clients.

Like the availability of the info hover (giving methodology to each data point). Ability to compare web traffic is very useful.

Veritone makes it easy for anyone to have the right information in an extremely presentable manner.

Being able to sit across the table from someone juggling a massive marketing budget and pushing them to our side of the fence with this software has made closing business that much easier.

Sadly, while all of the above make for great talking points, it is KILLING me how poorly the software matches up with our logs.

It helps showcase engagement in our audience and provides a new analytical report for clients that require it to make purchasing decisions.

Veritone gives my radio customers peace of mind knowing that they are able to track the impact of their campaign.

I also like the ease of pulling campaign performance reports.

Veritone also serves as a great selling point for advertisers new to radio who are nervous about not seeing a return on investment.

Veritone custom support has been great thru a few hurdles. Overall easy to use & show attribution.

It is somewhat difficult to learn Attribute use without a hands-on tutorial from a mentor.

I love that I am able to provide a snap shot into my advertisers marketing campaign to show him how we can measure his Return and success.

Confusing to learn, customer support is not good unless you get a manager and involved.

I appreciate the filtering system by programs so that we can narrow it down by stations. Also, mentions are great ways to check that we have found the correct keywords and to grab airchecks.
