The Wiki they included contains a lot of information for things that aren't quite clear. Customer service always responds within 24 hours, even on weekends. Affiliate, Advertiser and campaign set up are all very easy. A lot of targeting and optimization options. Very robust platform for the cost. Cons: I wish there were more detailed click reports that were easier to access. Click reports are very essential to identifying fraud. Also, there are minor blocking and optimization/targeting features that are available in other platforms and not here.
