Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Lack of aesthetic formatting options (change font size/style, etc.).

Some of the setup can be tricky with the way you have to select terms to run reporting.

Getting to know Vertione - I like what I see so far.

I like the ability to breakout the graph line by WEEK or MONTH too... and see associated analytics. Best of all, is being able to document that RADIO works.

That's wholly unacceptable. I used to think it was how I was setting the campaigns up, but I've walked through it with multiple people now and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it.

It's easy to use and mostly intuitive. Can download specific reports which make it easy to share.

Overall, I've appreciated the communication from customer service. The turnaround time from other portions of the team is lacking, unfortunately.

I never received this much push back with the old leads RX software we used to use so Im not sure if there is wording in the email that alerts my advertisers to be weary but it just seems odd.

The Nielsen Impressions and Mentions are what I like most. I like that there is a breakdown of demographics with the Nielsen report to highlight who is listening to our stations.

When it works, it's great. Allows me to show web lift from our schedules.

Confusing to learn, customer support is not good unless you get a manager and involved.

I appreciate the filtering system by programs so that we can narrow it down by stations. Also, mentions are great ways to check that we have found the correct keywords and to grab airchecks.
