Evocalize + EXIT Realty Tech Rocks!
Fabulous. They are super responsive and very concerned with the end-user experience as equally as well the back-end user experience. They are also always looking forward and toward growth versus taking a stifled approach, and that makes them a valuable partner for a long term alliance.
Pros
The potential is amazing! Running ads and promotional pieces is easy, cost-effective, time efficient, and limitless. It allows for real estate agents, brokers, and owners to tap into markets and collect contact data that have not been easily available or accessible to date. The bonus is that the AI built in behind the scenes constantly is improving the results, and that leads to a higher success rate. Plus, they are are building the platform to have other partners (like Google) too!
Cons
The integration had difficulties from a couple different areas, not just software related. The team has worked hard to improve descriptions, procedures, etc. that were found to be challenging from the more tech-challenged user. There were/are a lot of preconceived ideas that needed to be overcome, like where the ads show, or how this is better way than boosting an ad. Essentially real estate agents take tons of social media classes showing them conventional ways to incorporate FB, and this requires out of the box thinking.
Reasons for switching to Evocalize
Cost effectiveness and a platform more easily controlled for leads.
