### Easy Segmentation and Powerful Signals, Despite Integration Hurdles

- Overall rating: 4/5
- Reviewer: Sarah C.
- Company size: 1001-5000 employees

We had a very spray-and-pray approach to segmentation and were often competing with ourselves over who to prospect. 6sense Revenue Marketing gives us buying signals on which accounts are in market for specific services, helping us organize our strategy and prioritize markets or product lines.

#### Pros

I like 6sense Revenue Marketing’s UI and how easy it is to use. The dashboards make sense, and the information is presented in an easy format that works for me. I can make sense of the opportunity numbers, graphs, and tables, and I can build a clean list of accounts with their buying stages and fit profiles. The filters make it easy to drill down to a specific target. I also value the buying signals from outside our marketing technology data that 6sense searches because they help me understand what an account is looking for and gives me more confidence in the signals. The tool helps us organize our strategy and prioritize markets or product lines. I also appreciate the partnership with the 6sense team, and we’re happy with the ROI we see from the tool.

#### Cons

I use Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the integrations can be really hard at times. They’re not seamless, and we need a lot of customization to the APIs or connections to get 6sense working accurately. The setup was hard because of these technology issues, and the technology is difficult to manage. It sometimes feels a little glitchy, and I’m a little apprehensive about whether new products or launches will work with our tech stack. I think 6sense is mainly built for Salesforce users, which we felt at the beginning.

### Powerful ABM Orchestration, with Campaign Setup Friction

- Overall rating: 4/5
- Reviewer: Morgan T.
- Company size: 501-1000 employees
- Reviewed: November 2026

6sense Revenue Marketing gives us a better understanding of our prospects. We’re working on a validation layer to determine whether the 6QAs are truly a match for our ICP.

#### Pros

I like how 6sense Revenue Marketing organizes its different features, and I value the workflows and orchestrations most. They help me target prospects at the most relevant points in their buying stages, which is useful for ABM and helping us stand up that motion. It also gives us a better understanding of our prospects. The implementation team was very helpful, and the setup work I was involved in seemed pretty straightforward and useful, though it didn’t wow me.

#### Cons

I think communication with our team could be better. Some context gets lost—for example, our customer segments were combined in a year-in-review presentation, which made the distribution look off. I’d also like it to be a little easier to set up campaigns and workflows. Sometimes campaigns I know exist don’t show up right away, so I have to wait for them to populate or for 6sense Revenue Marketing to acknowledge them before I can connect the workflow nodes.
