Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Great for hosting multiple account instances, dedicated IP address, and easy to navigate.
  • I have used and reviewed many tools, but i will say Act-On is my favorite. Easy to use, and the best customer service of any of it's competitors.
  • Cons

  • Locked into a major contract, which even with their lack of performance, is tough to leave. Their UI is really, really bad.
  • Main dislike: More personalization for our sales force to view how their customers are responding.

  • The usability, features of the software and the easy to use inter-phase.
  • I love how it guides you step by step in plain English on what you need to do in order to improve your search rank for the keywords you're currently ranking for or would like to rank for.
  • Cons

  • The downside is the tool doesn't always get it right.
  • Free plan is VERY limited. Sometimes it can be information overload.
