Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our sales team loves Act-On, and how much control they have over what they see, and we in marketing love the intuitive interface and the ease of setting up nurturing campaigns.
- The product is good on its own, and it pairs nicely with Salesforce. The vendor is reliable and provides great service.
- The team at Act-On are all so helpful. They're friendly, and they do everything they can to assist you and make you successful with the platform.
Cons
- Locked into a major contract, which even with their lack of performance, is tough to leave. Their UI is really, really bad.
- Overall I would give Act-On a low pass. The issues with customer service, slightly overpriced and the lack of proper development plagued my experience.
- Unfortunently there was no integration with our Sage CRM so in ways we were automating but then just creating more manual work on our part because of the lack of integration.
Pros
- Solid and reliable, with a relatively intuitive UI. Pleasant and painless sales experience, and excellent support thereafter.
- Value and support has been awesome every time I call I have been able to get a quick response. I also like that they do annual and non profit discounts.
- We continue to trust Trumpia with our marketing needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Cons
- The system is outdated, it's buggy, it's frustrating, support is pathetic most of the times.
- The only problem I have had with this software is that the price is a bit too high for our program.
- My department had a few problems with the emails, they wouldn't go through to my list. Also, often the system was down when I needed to use the service.
