Value for the price is great, I recommend this platform for call tracking.

I work in venture capital and use ActiveDemand for fund-raising purposes. I found it easy to use, customer service is excellent, and has all of the features that are important to me.

I find the experience to be almost universally annoying and very disjointed.

I wish there was more drag and drop options and video compatibility.

The support has been great, I love the ability to chat with experts whenever i'm having an issue and the response is prompt and the advice usually solves my issue.

The analytics are impressive and easy to understand.

I like that it is consistently being updated with new features.

I love how the email campaigns can be so easily set up with drag-and-drop ease.

Overall experience has been positive. I like that it integrates with our CRM for distributing leads and I find the email/campaign builder easy to use.

Call tracking is inexpensive, intuitive and has a good reporting.

The customization is great. The forum builder is decent for those looking for a wordpress plugin.

The absolute best part of this product is the chat support. They will actually work with you all the way until a solution is made.

All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.

Some of the videos are old and the software does not look the same now, so they are sometimes a bit confusing.

I find it hard to navigate the pages and set up the campaigns. When we had a full-time marketing person it  made it eaier because they did it.

Reachmail has been very helpful in allowing me to provide important information on new lines o products in a timely manner and with very little effort.

I am not a communication specialist, but have been successful thanks to the great built in help system and tutorials that ReachMail provides.

It's also hard to check and see if the autoresponder works. It does, because a list is added to, but to amend it is not easy.

I also like that I can construct my emails and schedule to send them at a later date. The customer service is always very helpful and courteous as well.

Our service rep is easily accessible by phone and email and super helpful and that is hard to come by with some of these services.

Your tech help tried to assist some time ago, but to no avail. I think it is a roadrunner problem.

ReachMail's Basic FREE service is more user friendly and gives higher Email and List capacity.
