The pre-made ad templates are cool; makes it easy to quickly create lots of high-quality ads. Customer service is fine, though we don't contact them much because it's all pretty self-explanatory. Verified reviewer Retail 2-10 employees Used monthly for less than 12 months Review source Reviewed March 2023 WARNING - Ridiculously high fees even when all ads are off 2 Read the fine print the charges for $149 a month are billed regardless if you have any active campaigns. I asked why for months I was continuing to be charged and was told I didn't have any ads running. Then after months of being charged the "subscription" fee I was told that I could turn off the subscription and not get charged the $149. Oh really? So that would have been nice to know months ago!
