  • Pros

  • Provides very good insights of campaign effectiveness. Provides very good metrics on customer traffic.
  • Adobe Analytics is one very professional program that is important and useful for work in any company. It has a nice interface and it is very easy for navigation.
  • The Adobe Analytics platform has been incredibly useful in helping me grow my business. The insights it provides have allowed me to make better decisions that have positively impacted my bottom line.
  • Cons

  • The cost is really the worst thing about the software. It is really expensive and if you don't take the time and effort to really learn the program, you're wasting your money.
  • The lack of familiar out of the box metrics to use in the workspaces was a pain, we had to create endless metrics, dimensions and segments to even get close to what we could see in Google Analytics.
  • The program is no intuitive, so while there are tons of features, it's hard to understand how to use them all. There are some basic trainings through Adobe, but outside of that options are limited.

  • Zoho Analytics is a great app, really gather all the info from different sources and combined it into a great dashboard. Exporting custom reports is a great feature.
  • The great features to enjoy are the data analysis, the visualization, and the ease with the data connectors works.
  • Also, it is SUPER flexible. The ability to have live dashboards that users can drill down into the info is just excellent, and it runs like butter.
  • Cons

  • The UI is not very intuitive, and very clustered which makes it hard to use. Hard to understand why things were not working the way they were expected to.
  • Number of users is limited for various slabs. Limitation on number of email addresses while scheduling reports is restricted which makes report sharing cumbersome with larger groups.
  • When you add a new filter, you have to reset all of the filters, which is a time-waster and annoying.
