Pros
- The price is certainly right compared to certain other big names in this area, at least for the non-cloud version.
- It's also quick and easy to search for information to answer the questions that are relevant to you...and it's got some powerful reporting too.
Cons
- Inability to schedule rankings and reports to be run on specific future dates.
- I don't really have any con's for this software. The only slightly negative thing I can think of is that I have occasionally been confused as to how to achieve a specific end result with the software.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
