Pros/Cons
Pros
- Shows our customers we appreciate the efforts they take when engaging with our brand. Rewards/points gamification is an awesome and fun feature.
- Rewards that customers enjoy. Reporting that helps determine the effectiveness of the program.
- Influitive is committed to ensuring their customers are successful. The company is dedicated to ensuring that my program is successful which is a huge benefit of using their platform.
Cons
- It is a little clunky and I receive quite a bit of negative feedback from my customers. My other pain point is how difficult it is to add images/formatting to challenges.
- Some limitations in the technology - e-mail problems and limited functionality.
- There are integrations with Salesforce and Marketo and some other systems. I had some trouble getting all of this set up to work properly.
Pros
- We simply love working with Buyapowa. On top of operational capabilities, they have the best team to partner with, making this working relationship a very fruitful and a productive one.
- The ease of use for our members. The process is very user friendly which is great for our members.
- They are excellent partners, quick to provide fresh insight to concepts and ideas bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to make your program successful.
Cons
- The only problem we're having is that we are not seeing the sales through the referral programme that we were expecting to see which requires more investigation.
- I think that there can be a few restrictions on the design front, which at times has frustrated our UI team.
- None; maybe the real integration with our software, but it is more an internal problem.
