  • Pros

  • Shows our customers we appreciate the efforts they take when engaging with our brand. Rewards/points gamification is an awesome and fun feature.
  • Rewards that customers enjoy. Reporting that helps determine the effectiveness of the program.
  • Influitive is committed to ensuring their customers are successful. The company is dedicated to ensuring that my program is successful which is a huge benefit of using their platform.
  • Cons

  • It is a little clunky and I receive quite a bit of negative feedback from my customers. My other pain point is how difficult it is to add images/formatting to challenges.
  • Some limitations in the technology - e-mail problems and limited functionality.
  • There are integrations with Salesforce and Marketo and some other systems. I had some trouble getting all of this set up to work properly.

  • My major complaint to the company was the layout on the administrator's website.
  • Missing some features that another product had. Need to be able to let people know when they have a discount.
  • Many people hate how cell phone service companies always try to market to get new customers into contracts while neglecting their long time customers and not providing the best service/deals/etc.
