Pros
- Shows our customers we appreciate the efforts they take when engaging with our brand. Rewards/points gamification is an awesome and fun feature.
- Rewards that customers enjoy. Reporting that helps determine the effectiveness of the program.
- Influitive is committed to ensuring their customers are successful. The company is dedicated to ensuring that my program is successful which is a huge benefit of using their platform.
Cons
- It is a little clunky and I receive quite a bit of negative feedback from my customers. My other pain point is how difficult it is to add images/formatting to challenges.
- Some limitations in the technology - e-mail problems and limited functionality.
- There are integrations with Salesforce and Marketo and some other systems. I had some trouble getting all of this set up to work properly.
Pros
- The customer facing app is something that is great for making immediate contact with key clients. The U.I. is also perfect as it easy and digestible for both the client and ourselves.
- Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable, demonstrating a clear dedication to 100% customer retention.
- Clear points tracking, exclusive events, and surprise rewards add excitement. Your program's commitment to long-term value and timely communication is commendable, enriching our customer experience.
Cons
- My major complaint to the company was the layout on the administrator's website.
- Missing some features that another product had. Need to be able to let people know when they have a discount.
- Many people hate how cell phone service companies always try to market to get new customers into contracts while neglecting their long time customers and not providing the best service/deals/etc.
