My biggest problem is that on small packages we can only monitor 5 URL.

I can be expensive, and they need to have another pricing tier between the 15 and 50 plans because I'm stuck on 15 and don't have near 50 which is the next option.

Finally, I've been impressed with the Agency Analytics teams promote product support and product updates. It is clear that they are invested in growing the product.

The support team is on point and really takes the time out to help.

The customer support is impeccable. I can't recommend this software for reporting any more.

My favorite thing is the ease of use of this software - I'm able to pass it off to clients without having to spend too long training them.

I found the service accidentally, but didn't expect it will cover that many integrations with analytical services.

I use kartra to sign up my affliates and its amazing the back office is laid out perfect to see your earnings. You can get paid by check or direct deposit.

The integration in between Kartra and Webinarjam is a crap, this is the only bad point and strange as these two groups are brothers.

I like the fact that Kartra is quite intuitive. Also they have some premade templates from some of the top marketers in their fields.

No obtuse language or difficult hopps to jump through. The company is confident of its product and if you fit their target audience, you will thoroughly enjoy this product.

I use a lot of video content, so the only frustrating thing is the high charges for bandwidth.

The page templates and page builder are exceptional and easy to use. The email component is fantastic for broadcasts and sequences.

Kartra Has Enormous Potential. It's Great Platform for Business But There is Room for Improvement.

I mainly used their landing page builder, emails and course functionality. All in all absolutely recommended.

We had over 1700 members cancelled and revoked because of a kartra error and they said they couldn't do anything about it... 100% their error and nothing they can do.

The help desk is intuitive and fantastic. And the developers clearly thought about things from a user's perspective... in the little things.

So in any way you need expansion won't cost you the extra money. I like that you have all the tools integrated on a single environment.

Now - numerous tickets on the same issue go unheeded because the responses are posted to an account that is not ours. Responses appear to have mis-understood the problem.

It desperately needs a way to search and find the emails that you have written in the autoresponder sequence.

I was able to successfully participate in the virtual summit and encourage my clients to register also.

Customer service can take days to get back to you in which time we generally loose the new customers that have just signed up, I'd expect a few hours turn around for the amount we are paying.

I love the ease of setting up my business for distance consulting and teaching in real time and with the best cloud backup technology.

Everything was integrated and it seemed easy to use at first. Customer support was always there to help if I needed them.

The only downside was that there is not a lot of bandwith for videos.

The best thing about Kartra is that it integrates so many things into one package. Email delivery rate also seems to be good although we have limited data.

The subscription setup and checkout are as good as it gets. We've seen a huge bump in conversions on our high ticket sales once switching the KArtra checkout.
