The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.

The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.

I can better manage my social marketing with great ease and this saves me lots of time.

However the biggest downer for me are the limited features.

Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. I have a very hectic schedule and the ease of use of Agora saves me copious amounts of precious time.

I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.

It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

I love the ease of use of the platform, the robust features that  it offers and the amazing customer support.

It's been an exciting journey with Agorapluse, I have been a user of the platform for the last 3 years and its the best platform ever, for me.

I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

Agorapulse is super easy to use and I have enjoyed digging into it to further build out our social media marketing. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach.

Had good additional functions like contest support and prize winner picker, which we used quite a bit. Now they have monthly social media experiments which is awesome for real truths.

All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.

I only hope that Instagram makes edits to their API allowing for carousels to be posted through a 3rd party app like Agorapulse.

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms.

The support team is amazing and responsive, overall the system is reliable.

As an agency that specializes in real estate and works with a lot of photos, the inability to rearrange photos once uploaded for a post is a huge time suck for us.

The contenu integration of agorapulse is perfect, i can share everything with facilities.

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop.

So it's  a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I love the publish again feature and the reports. There are so many great insights in the reports that help me help my clients.

The odd feature that is not available, but this is usually a restriction by the social media platform and not Agorapulse.

Our administrators love the approvals calendar and love the platform and how easy it is to use.

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. And the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question.

The ease of implementation and ability for multiple team members to access the account is a huge plus. The scheduling process is very easy and intuitive.

The built-in analytics is a nice feature for a quick glance at the reach of multiple posts. They are continually updating with changing APIs and the new Campaign feature looks promising.

Easy to use, great customer service, simple, great free option, app and desktop website work great together.

Great for quickly pushing out a variety of content. Clear and relatively easy to use.

Using Instagram with any social media scheduling app can be a pain and Buffer is no exception to this rule.

The pricing structure for Buffer is great, and they honor legacy pricing while still passing along the upgrades that normally come with price hikes.

Integration with BulkBuffer. All of this has made Buffer a win win for me.

Overall we are very pleased with this software. For the price and what it is able to do, it's a great addition to our social media tool kit.

Sometimes errors occur when scheduling a post and it is unpublished, which leads me to redo the work. What a terrible experience.

Additionally, there have been connectivity issues where social accounts randomly get disconnected or an error occurs with publishing a post.

I am so grateful that Buffer gave me a clearer view of our gaps with Social Media and I can have the peace of mind knowing when posts are scheduled in advanced.

Terrible UI and terrible performance I have repeated contacted them and still the software stops working on Macbook pro having to reload 3 times in a hour.

For some reason from time to time you need to re-connect some social media platforms, as the connection to your profiles got lost.

It limits the number of posts you can store. It was also a pain to get it connected to the business Instagram account at first.

Buffer was great to use but it's not worth it's price. There are so many cheaper options with much better customer support.

The social integrations fail quite a bit. I blame that partly on the social channels, themselves, but I don't like to login and see that my last 5 posts failed to publish.

The fact that you can use this integration with your browser to just click and buff articles and content onto various social media channels makes it amazing.
