- The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.
- Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.
Cons
- The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.
- I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.
Pros
- The software really helps to convert a contact into a sales opportunity. HubSpot has an excellent customer support team and the platform has how-to and detailed demo section for the starters.
- Great automations, and lot's of useful integrations. Support is excellent and the product receives regular upgrades to enhance the experience.
Cons
- I have accidentally overlooked that property when I get on a roll and have emailed the wrong document to the wrong persona.
- Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years.
