Airtable is great, it has really powerful tools for creating tables that you can customize and adapt perfect to any need of your team.

A lot of nice built in features to force you to be organized about planning and recording adventures.

It was a somewhat steep learning curve but the online help plus tutorials and independent reviewers on Youtube have been a fabulous help.

Templates available for you to kickstart. Powerful spreadsheets with relations, and more awesome features.

The forms are awesome, better than Google Forms in some ways. The widely adaptable usage; supports everything from website backend to team/workflow management.

While there are a lot of things that are great about airtable, these are the ones I love the most.

I am happy with my airtable experience. It is simple, easy to use, and perfect for collaboration with others.

This is a great benefit when on a limited budget. There are more advanced features for a price, but we don't need that level right now.

It has great integrations with other platforms, and is easy to set up for various different functions that Excel could never offer.

Perfect for beginners or those on a budget, as well as those who care more about function and form than beauty.

I discovered airtable last year and it's everything i needed. Very easy to built tables, and it has a community full of great ideas.

I love how easy it is to use and how clean and uncluttered it looks. It makes sorting, filtering, grouping so easy and easy to read.

Great for people who don’t usually like to organize or people making plans with others and want a landscape to collectively add to. Great for planning travel, simple projects, study guides, etc.

Easy to use, easy to onboard other people, and great for visual organization and storage of certain assets and projects. Integrates with Zapier and other tools that our team uses.

And if I have any questions the support team is only an email away; they are so responsive and helpful.

Airtable is a great hybrid that takes the best of spreadsheets and kanban boards. Is super flexible, my team loves it.

I have had an excellent experience with Airtable and often suggest it to other people. The customer service is great and very timely.

AirTable is also a great way to analyze, visualize and mobilize data, with the ability to integrate to other systems.

Airtable shows deleted words with a line crossing the words or sentences which could have been written in error.

Easy to use, set up, follow along, the graph of the timeline is super helpful to someone like me who likes visuals.

At first it was so hard to grasp but when you get used to it, you forget about the hardship you had as a first time user.

Customer service has been great, the blocks are getting there, and little things like the ability to color code based on different criteria is amazing.

The reporting features are amazing. Even on the free plan, there is so much you can do with this software, but the paid plan offers great value with the enhanced reporting features.

This tool is visually stunning and easy to manage. It can be useful for all types of projects and is extremely customizable.

Sometimes it takes a long time to work out what you have done wrong (in my case a misplaced comma).

Airtable is absolutely awesome. We use it daily for all kinds of projects, everything that Excel can do Airtable can do better.

It wasted hours trying to figure out something that only took minutes.

What's great about AirTable is that it's so easy to start using but has a very high degree of flexibility where you can pretty much do anything you want to do with it.

If I didn't have Airtable, I feel like I'd be stuck using Excel and I'd be frustrated with the lack of organization.

We also love the ability to link records, create forms, etc. In short- airtable gave us the ONLY solution we could find that also was at a price that was VERY reasonable.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
