Pros/Cons
Pros
- The customer support is always there to help and even I have had the need to do a video call with them and went great. Lot of patience and very careful to satisfy our needs.
- I am totally happy with the experience with Amplitude. The tool is fantastic and has so many functionalities that make the growth analysis simply great.
- Offers a very generous free tier. I liked the Behavioural Cohorts as it offer key insights that help you understand exactly which are your best users and what makes them stick around.
Cons
- Like all data analytics tools, you can go horribly wrong if. You have the wrong events instrumented.
- The program is a little confusing to start using.
- When I started using Amplitude a couple of years ago it was simpler to organize the data how I wanted but now a days I frequently find myself lost after coming back to check app every couple of weeks.
Pros
- Setting up Databox was very simple and straightforward. After connecting my data sources I was delighted to find that all the datawalls were ready and looking amazing.
- The customer-service is super responsive, and always willing to step in and help out with the Databoards (dashboards) I'm working on. I would say it is my favorite tool to use as an analyst - ever.
- Once I got the hang of using Databox I've come to love how flexible and powerful it is and would recommend it to anyone who needs to create a custom report for their business.
Cons
- It was almost annoying seeing him checking his phone constantly. I downloaded it from App store the same day.
- Takes a bit of time to master. Missing Youtube integration.
- Maybe that I have to pay for it to use it, but that's business.
