It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

They say that it's the LinkedIn platform, I don't know. Used to get reports on activity, but they would always show no activity so they just stop sending the reports.

Ability to easily visually see all marketing outreach efforts and its ability to easily display the various efforts.

Its ease of use for those challenged with organization and productivity will see the value in this program.

For my small business I tried a free demo of this platform and was pretty satisfied with the UX. It was easy to use and the coloring of the folders and checklists made it easy to understand.

This is a Great Scheduling Tool That Integrates Well With Others.

I like that it has an extremely simple platform, easy to navigate and customer service is timely. For the money, it is a good base platform that saves time.

Customer support is quick and efficient, I just wish the pricing was better for small businesses.

Our overall experience with CoSchedule has been fantastic, and I recommend it to offices that manage a large volume of projects.

CoSchedule can be as custom as you want it and the team that manages enterprise customer service is a quick phone call away.

The main pro for me has been the customer support its always so easy to get ahold of someone to help.

Couldn't move around rescheduled items in Queue. No option for select all in archiving.

It makes perfect sense for someone running a WordPress site which can be integrated. The beauty of it is when you publish, you can also distribute to social platforms, which is cool.

I would use CoSchedule again and again and recommend it to others. I've used it for both scheduling for myself and others, and it's seamless.

Customer service was also excellent and making improvement requests was taken seriously by the development team.

Best feature is the way it integrates with our WordPress blog and allows us to schedule social media promotions of our content.

Event/blog planning and management are now super organised and easy - we create tasks for each component, assign them to people and set time frames and our calendar is automatically populated.

It becomes a bit annoying sometimes because if the goal is not achieved or a task on the timeline is missed, it becomes all chaotic.
