It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

The user interface is great - it's easy to jump in and start using it, and then to get better at using some of the amazing features of it.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

The drag & drop email creation templates are so easy to use and allows us to embed our themes and create emails easily and dynamically.

We really like that we were able to figure out a way to bring over our existing sending IPs and Domains with their quality reputations and that we did not have to warm new IPs or use shared IPs.

Just add Zapier to their integration deck which will allow users to integrate to hundreds of web applications.

I would like an option where only unique email address, as opposed to every failure, was downloaded. They can be quite large.

Unfortunately,  there was a delegation/subdomain issue that prevented our links from working.

IPost has been an amazing partner. The migration from our old ESP was seamless.

They ROCKED IT! iPost also did a great job with deliverability and actually improved over our prior vendor.

However, as we continue to grow and look toward the future, it's unsure that iPost will be able to keep up with our needs.

Mailings are quick, stylistically superior and effective at reaching my target audience.

The IMM platform is easy to use and the reporting is very helpful in understanding delivery statics and retargeting.

The platform is very easy to use and navigate. Set-up was simple - and the team we engaged with was very helpful.

There are some limitations with iPost & some things are tough to understand (journeys in particular), but overall it's good value for the money and the customer service is excellent.

The system feels a bit clunky at times and often runs very slow. Creating reports within the Email Ticket is incredibly frustrating.

They provide a solid platform and have A+ customer service. They respond quickly and help fix any issues that come up.

We were thrilled with the relative ease of migration and integration across the various platforms. Service was strong, deliverability improved, and business results were there.

We've encountered a few glitches and error reports didnt reflect what we were seeing on the system and the issues had to be manually traced which was time-consuming.

Coming from Klaviyo, I really like the fact that is is extremely easy to use, and you’re getting great value for the price.

You write your own SQL queries to manage lists. Their API is EXTREMELY well-documented and easy to integrate.

Open/click data lags about 12-24 hours behind. If you need to leverage that data more quickly, you're SOL.

While it was disappointing to not be able to use the software as intended, the support staff was pretty responsive and did their best to help resolve the issue.

I love the ability to pull reports for campaign review.

As a non-technical user, I don't use the platform from that perspective. As a user, I would say some of the opt-out, spam report or undeliverable download reports are trick to use.

I can quickly set up and deploy a message and get to my audience with great ease and also have a treasure trove of useful data.

Initially, we were very excited about this product. It has a lot of functionality and possibilities.
