"I was a user of Autopilot before it was rebranded to Ortto, for years I had no issues and kept using the knowledge base feature, and one day they closed my account accusing me of going over the limit for 3 months, I only had 1 contact and it is shown in my usage report, but they told me I had 100,000 contacts and for that they decided to close my account and claiming they cannot view logs to confirm."

"The handling of grandfathered users is extremely shady and the support team is unfortunately unhelpful."

"There are some odd menu behaviours and other very small things, and some of their documentation and settings can be a bit confusing to understand. But none of these things are major issues once you understand how it all works."
