Deliverability is decent, but we do run into problems occasionally.

Easy to import customers, create and segment lists. Free if you have less than 500 contacts so great for new companies that are just starting to generate income.

FreshSales is a great CRM that is extremely visual and allows us to easily upload leads.

It works like any CRM system out there. Has the ability to track clients and conversations which is essential in business.

Currently using FreshDesk, FreshCaller and FreshSales. Great integration, everything works quite well.

I only used help from your online support and I have to say, that your online support is amazing, responsive and very helpful.

I was incensed as I charged without my approval for a service I didn’t want and reached out less than 12 hours after they charged my card. Unfortunately I had to fight their billing through my bank.

This may be the one and only company who does that which makes me feel at ease and not like I am getting scammed into a contract of some sort.

It is pretty easy to use. The ability to set up sales sequencing was nice and pretty easy to do.

I had looked at a ton of CRMs and Freshsales had the best functionality with the best integration for the money. The team was very accommodating.

The ability to customise fields and having everything presented in a clear and concise manner meant it was a clear winner for us.

We are using this tool to send bulk emails to our customers and get in constant touch with them. It is so easy to use and I like the interface of this tool.

Reasonably priced and again very easy to use and implement.

We have lost all our work, data, and we wouldn't repeat the Freshsales portal unless there is a drastic change in the product.

I like how the pipeline helps you to visualize your progress and customer management and how everything is a one-stop shop for all the CRM needs.

The lead scoring is one of my favorite features as is the easy and perfect integration with Gsuite and my phone system for tracking all contacts.

Reliability ties in with customer support - I haven't experienced any issues so far and customer support responds quickly and is helpful. Last but not least, the design is outstanding.

FreshSales gives me all of this and a great customer service team who are super knowledgeable and always responsive.
