Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Easy to import customers, create and segment lists. Free if you have less than 500 contacts so great for new companies that are just starting to generate income.
  • It is easy to get set up and get going. I like that it is stable, and it is always encouraging to me when I see that very successful people whose emails I let into my inbox are using Aweber.
  • Cons

  • Deliverability is decent, but we do run into problems occasionally.
  • From the beginning, it was a bit difficult to navigate the program. I have had problems with their templates and understanding how to use them.
  • Pros

  • My favorite features are the ease of search, ability to save a search as a column, and ease of following a twitter chat (via a column with a search).
  • I like the interface and the ability to see yuh current tweets, scheduled tweets, notifications. Great value and user-friendly solution.
  • Cons

  • The lack of themes for an app or site that is this well built is regularly the only downside you could find.
  • It sometimes crashes and you could be right in the middle of a tweet and then it is lost, but 140 characters isn;t to hard to rtype.
