### About BeAmbassador

BeAmbassador is a Cloud platform that allows you to increase the organic reach of your brand on social media, attract talent to your company and boost your sales through employees' social networks.

BeAmbassador enables you to create a network of brand ambassadors through a system of issuing and managing invitations. In this way, users can segment the ambassadors by categories. In the content library, the brand proposes publications, which ambassadors can share voluntarily. In addition, the automatic planning engine allows the brand to program content directly on behalf of ambassadors with prior authorization.

Analytics allows brands to monitor ambassador activities in real time and analyze the impact of their publications. The platform also has a gamma system, which offers a ranking for ambassadors based on their activities in order to reward the most involved. Additionally, BeAmbassador has extras for the ambassadors such as mobile applications for iOS & Android or a Google Chrome extension.

That every time I use it there is a feature that absolutely blows my mind. This company has figured out all the problems and solved them.

Cons:

Honestly there are still some translations from Spanish to English that need to be made, but they are perfecting it everyday!

Reasons for switching to BeAmbassador

Usability was just okay... when I found BeAmbassador... I was like TAKE MY MONEY!!!! it is just next level.

Mi experiencia general con BeAmbassador ha sido muy positiva. Es una plataforma fácil de usar que consigue algo poco habitual: que la comunicación corporativa sea más humana, creíble y cercana. Ayuda a que los empleados participen de forma natural, no forzada, y eso se nota tanto en el alcance externo como en el compromiso interno. Más que una herramienta, es una palanca para generar confianza y dar voz a las personas dentro de la empresa.

Lo que más me gusta de BeAmbassador es que pone a las personas en el centro de la comunicación de forma auténtica. Convierte a los empleados en embajadores reales, no forzados, alineando propósito, confianza y tecnología. Además, amplifica la voz corporativa con credibilidad, mientras fortalece el compromiso interno y la cultura de empresa.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gusta, aunque también es positivo, es que BeAmbassador no funciona solo por usarlo. Requiere que la empresa confíe en sus empleados y cambie un poco su forma de comunicar. Justamente por eso, los resultados son más reales y duraderos cuando se adopta bien.

La sencillez de uso y la rapidez con la que se pasa a explotación. Es muy intuitiva, pero a la vez tiene un gran alcance. Perfecta para el desarrollo de políticas de comunicación interna con proyección de marca hacia el exterior. El disponer de una App para el embajador ofrece mucha potencialidad.

Cons:

Quizás los módulos de análisis se quedan escasos y además la dificultad añadida de no tener un estándar por parte de las diferentes redes en cuanto a los datos disponibles, no ofrece facilidad de métrica. Pero en el aspecto de poder realizar seguimientos tipo OKR es perfecta. Por otro lado se echa en falta una mayor integración con otras soluciones.
