The subscriber list transfer was also very smooth and testing the emails with my team was very easy prior to initiating the full send. Definitely like the easy to read analytics and reports generated.

Upgraded and still limited me to 50 emails after I broke our 12 year old list into three sections.

While the interface is not quite as intuitive as I would like, it is easy enough to master, and there is ample customer service to help along the way.

We needed a more affordable ESP with unlimited sends and a good template editor, which Benchmark fulfilled. The emails are easy to edit, the reporting is solid, and the customer support is great.

They make the cancelation process a pain. You need to find the hidden link and go via chat where they make you waste 30 min asking you stuff to avoid cancelation.

Able to make a professional looking newsletter in a short amount of time. Easy learning curve to create great email blasts and content.

Like most email marketing suites, it can get pricey as subscribership grows a there are lower cost alternatives available but they lack the functionality that benchmark offers.

It was easy to turn a web post into an email, and list captures were fully integrated.

They make it very difficult to cancel your service and continue to bill you long after you have asked them to close account.

Very reasonable rates and they offer a great discount for non-profit orgs.

This software is extremely organized and user friendly. I am able to navigate my emailed newsletters with ease and convey everything in one place.

After about 2 months I started getting errors that required me to sign in and refresh or make changes to get things to work again.

So all that time I thought I was saving actually resulted in more work and what’s even worse it caused my social media to look uncoordinated and poorly planned.

I appreciate how easy it is to use all the tools on the website, and the seamless integration of every social media account. I have not had any issues yet.

2 years (in 2018-2019) there was only one or two auto post scheduling tools for Instagram  and only OneUp was affordable and very good at it.

I really like the Canva integration, hashtag suggestion and first comment capability for LinkedIn. Really good value for money.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the UI is a little bland.

The tool comes with a lot of helpful features just like the canva integration, the timeslot and category section and the opportunity to automate my posts also in my private linkedin profile.

It makes me gain a lot of time by scheduling events  and post for my  GMB clients. Great customers support: quick answer if you have any questions.

It was very frustrating because the issues were sporadic and required me to do a lot of troubleshooting.

The only issue I had with this software was when I would upload a picture I would get a warning message.
