I recently changed careers and this is my first time working in an office setting and using Big Contacts. I learned how to use it very quickly and it is very easy to understand.

Helps us seem like a large firm with recurring task lists, mass emails & email storage.

Having one place for customer information whether it was a completed or pending sale, billing or repair issues, and the scheduling of tasks is HUGE - it makes it easy for the remote workers.

After using it for a few months, we asked for our data to be given back to us as the online system doesn't work. Several weeks later and many failed attempts the developers are still unable to assist.

All the CRM features a small business needs on a budget that all can afford. Great customer support - best I have seen for any online product solution.

Easy to add contacts, add activities and send notifications.

It was so easy to use - intuitive functionality.

Next, the program had a problem and stopped showing all of my contacts. It would only show the first 25.

The inability to merge companies and contacts, as we have several redundant contacts.

The calendar view is wonderful. The customer service really gets me — the original onboarding was very friendly, and when I had a question about my most current account, the chat was super fast.

The software is stable and continuously being enhanced. Payment integrations for Instagram campaigns are (I believe) currently possible.

I love the ability to manage all social media for brands. The integration of notifications and calendar (especially different calendars) has been extremely helpful.

It is helpful in creating outstanding ad campaigns and great analytics. It is best place for interactions and look for collaborations to build a brand value.

The Loomly team are very responsive if we ever need them. The functionality of the program is fantastic.

There is also a great approval system where you can submit your posts for review if another coworker in your company would like to review them first before publishing.

We have to manually publish some posts. That gets frustrating, though they are working on it.

The ease of use and dashboard are my favorite parts of the software. For the price you can't get a better software.

My client had some issues with the notifications and it was a little unclear which settings affected which notifications being sent out.

It is a shame that we can no longer publish to Instagram automatically.

Instagram fails to post constantly and you have to renew connections all the time. The whole point of using a scheduler is getting to just set it and forget it.

I also like the awards we get for posting. It's a fun incentive and I enjoy seeing how our engagement compares with other Loomly users.

The lack of Instagram direct posting and inability to create stories in Loomly.

Loomly is great for growing teams and companies, since it gives a great value/money results. It rarely unlinks accounts, which was one of our main issues with our previous solutions.

It's been great and really easy to use. I love how visual it is and it's extremely easy to get client's approve posts.

I love the non-profit benefit and have already recommended this program to several other friends.

Mostly, I like its Post Ideas feature. It's great when there isn't much to post about and we need inspiration.

Love the ease of use and the ability to collaborate with all my clients. I also appreciate the idea starters and the usage of Unsplash imagery.

A little expensive for the lack of instagram integration, but all in all a great product for agencies.
