- The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
- The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.

- I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
- Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
