The set-up is super simple and usage almost as simple. It's now integrated into our processes.

The only thing I can negative about this is that it took me awhile to get use to. I struggled in the beginning with it.

The free version is somewhat limited, but that's my only complaint.

The 'pause' button feature does not work well - once you pause an email from a recipient, I have struggled to unpause the email which is odd.

The fact that it updates email stats every 10 mins is something I really loved about this software. The price for the product is well worth it.

The best thing about the Boomerang plugin is the fact that it allows me to easily and very quickly schedule emails, it has saved me a lot of time over the years that I have been using it.

I like the simplicity of the design. It’s definitely edited down with allows for a minimalistic, uncluttered feel.

Boomerang was a life-saver before send later features became native and I highly recommend it to those folks who have a few emails they want to schedule each month and don't use Gmail.

The only downside of this software: if you want to use it on your phone, it won't work automatically with your email app that you already have.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
