  • Citations monitoring is also great. The price is probably the best thing about this tool.
  • The resources they've provided have also been of great help in understanding SEO in general, and educating my clients.
  • Cons

  • I don't have things that I dislike about the service.
  • Although the software is highly accurate, some times it shows GMB errors or issues.

  • It's great that other software like dropbox and evernote connected in pro version.
  • Integrations allow users to not leave the app so you can see your calendar and docs. Undo sent email is a lifesaver.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately we are a 365 business so its a non starter for us and getting cut of from support for being uncomplimentary when we are a paying customer is unprofessional to say the least.
  • The settings are rather unintuitive. Some harmful attachments are downloaded when they are classified as spam.
