Pros/Cons
Pros
- My experience with Buffer has been nothing short of easy and amazing. I would recommend it to any small business who want to make sure they are reminded to post on their socials.
- Easy to use, great customer service, simple, great free option, app and desktop website work great together.
- The app and desktop website work well together, are simple to use, have excellent customer support, and are a terrific free alternative.
Cons
- Terrible UI and terrible performance I have repeated contacted them and still the software stops working on Macbook pro having to reload 3 times in a hour.
- Sometimes errors occur when scheduling a post and it is unpublished, which leads me to redo the work. What a terrible experience.
- The social integrations fail quite a bit. I blame that partly on the social channels, themselves, but I don't like to login and see that my last 5 posts failed to publish.
Pros
- I also like the ability to switch between calendar and feed view and the ease at which posts can be created, reviewed, approved, and posted - with the input of an entire team.
- Overall, I love using Planable and find that it saves me a lot of time. It's so easy to use, and as my agency expands I will love it even more when I have a team to work with.
- We love Planable for its ability to share content with the client, get approvals that are communicated clearly and make comments internally and for the client.
Cons
- The fact that you can not create Instagram post through the program is a bummer; which makes it useless to even have Instagram included.
- Worried that I may have to refresh my IG connection when I do not have access to do so when I need a post to post.
- I got stuck trying to use it for instagram and i dont know if it has others options fo other apps.
