Overall, I have yet to meet a tools as powerful and comprehensive as BuzzSumo.

The app is super simple to use and fairly flexible. It's also priced decently for what you get.

The alerts are a great feature. Very easy to customize and offer greats insights into customer behavior.

I really enjoy using BuzzSumo since it is like a swiss knife for the content strategy planning, SEO and Marketing in general.

One of the problems with having an in depth tool with a very complete feature set is that it can be a bit overwhelming when you are new to the buzzsumo service or keyword research in general.

I sometimes experience problems with the export.

This is a great bucket to find relevant content that gets shared. Before I create any piece of content I do research on this site to find out what has been working for other companies.

We only use it a few times a month so perhaps a change of payment plan based on usage requests but that's it. And that's struggling to find an issue tbh).

Is is only limited to english and the monthly limit is restrictive too.

The free trial version of BuzzSumo has bee a great experience allowing us to navigate all the features before we decide if it is the right tool for us.

Also - the alerts sometimes scrape up old content, which can be confusing. Especially if you have alerts sent to multiple people.

Overall, the usage experience has been positive but would need more justification for me to invest long term in this tool.

Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.

I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in,  it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.

Customer support has improved since we started to use workbooks as we can easily track previous calls. Also the ease of creating and scheduling emailed reports helps greatly.
