Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Everything about having this software has been awesome. We like the Customer Service the most.

  • Excellent customer service. Prior to his departure, Rep was our CSM and he was great to work with.

  • Cons

  • It isn't COMPLETELY customizable yet, but it is on the roadmap so that isn't even really a valid "con" - I had to search for one, because I love this platform and this vendor.

  • There are a few things/features that we wish it could do but it just doesn't do it...yet.

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, no learning curve, and their reporting is strong.

  • I love how it has so much template and content for content creation and marketing. Their templates are quality and great designs that are user-friendly.

  • Cons

  • Would love to see more integration of paid Facebook features. Other than that, I have no complaints really.

  • My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.
