Great experience, sometimes customer support can be a bit slow, however they are very helpful when you get in touch. Its what I expect at the low price point.

The way you formulate how calculations are performed is not entirely intuitive, and you need to go back to support to learn how to use it. The knowledgebase isn't sufficient to make you a fully self-sufficient user.
