Canto has robust searchability, is incredibly user friendly, and makes asset management a breeze.

The file organization is a little confusing since there are folders then folders within the folders then albums.

I also love the Facial Recognition feature - no more tagging the same people over and over. The company consistently improves the software and innovates - releasing frequent feature updates.

The simplicity for the system and the search is brilliant. Users find it very easy to locate the files they need and download in the resolution that suits them right up to max original size.

Canto is easy to setup and manage. The platform is user friendly and integrates with multiple platforms.

The search tool is great and has recently integrated smart tagging which I love.

Inability to resize images to specific dimension/resolution upon download.

The tagging system works great, file storage is good (once you identify what you would like), upload links are beneficial and the portals are key for deliverable.

Top notch product with great UX and at a reasonable cost.

I've found the Canto team, from sales, to customer success to support really excellent, responsive, and nice to work with.

Keywords and metadata make it very easy to filter through assets. Great customer service always ready to help.

I really enjoyed using the direct GD upload function, tagging, searching the files and being able to relate files is a great feature. Portals are also amazing for sharing files with outside partners.
