Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is very user-friendly. It's visual and easy to navigate. It has great search and filter features. You can send people directly to an asset without giving them access to everything.

  • It is easy to use, configure, and is easily comprehended by non-tech savvy users. Love it!

  • Cons

  • The user interface can be finicky at times, but functions as needed.

  • slow sometimes but it is getting better with the new updates.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that this software is easy to use and is very versatile. The ability to save a new template is a huge plus. We use this product at least once a month.

  • The customer service is always great and very responsive. I like the pre-made templates that come prebuilt.

  • Cons

  • The software can be a little clunky at times but overall it's really easy to set up and send emails effectively.

  • I love the new templates to create emails from, but would like to see more. Sometimes it is difficult to cut and paste the text and have it formatted properly.
