Easy to Use!

PROS

Chatitive is simple to use and easy to manage. I can write, preview, and schedule text campaigns all from the same screen. It's also easy to view analytics on a sent campaign all on one page and has a copy of what was sent. The straightforward user experience has made it simple and saves me time!

CONS

No cons yet, though I should spend more time understanding and implementing automated workflows.

We partnered with Chatitive to launch our digital presence. From the initial conversations we had to preparing our workflows I have had experiences I would rate 10/10. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been friendly, responsive, and wholly supportive of our goals.

PROS

Chatitive is the most intuitive text message platform that I have found. When I first talked to the Chatitive team, I opted in to one of their clients programs so I could get a feel of all the capabilities. I am still enrolled in that program today because of how great it is! In addition to having some of the greatest features on on the market, the dashboard is easy to navigate, super user friendly, and it is quick to set up a campaign.

CONS

I honestly can't think of anything I would add to the software right now. I do have to say that I am loving the new Forms feature and so I am sure your development teams are thinking up some awesome new features to enhance the software even more.

Reason for choosing Chatitive

Chatitive offers more features than any other platform on the market that I have found. Text Request was a relatively inexpensive option and since we are new to text marketing we wanted a low risk option; however, after talking with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I realized that the risk would be worth the reward if we moved forward with Chatitive instead. There are just a lot of features offered that Text Request did not offer.

So glad we switched to Chatitive!

The Chatitive team walked us through everything with getting set up and we never felt like we were on our own in terms of transitioning from the other program we were using. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who initially reached out to me, even stopped by our home office when he happened to be in Ohio to meet us. I also can't say enough about the support. I love having the Slack channel, it's a seamless way for us to communicate because we're already ALWAYS on Slack. My favorite aspect has to be my check-in calls with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] because he is enthusiastic about helping us improve our text program to actually improve our business. He always asks more in-depth questions about what we are doing as a whole, which to me is an indicator of Chatitive viewing their relationship with their clients as partnerships. I have definitely learned more about text message marketing/communication from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and look forward to continuing to work together.

PROS

All of the teams that use it find it straightforward and easy to maneuver. It's allowed us to expand our text program more with certain audiences and we hope to increase that in the future. Creating workflows is intuitive and I like having the ability to add custom fields for contacts to be able to categorize them in different ways.

CONS

I don't have any cons at this time; the platform is working well for us. It would be nice to be able to integrate with ActiveCampaign in the future.

Reasons for switching to Chatitive

The interface wasn't user-friendly, so we didn't really maximize its functionality. Also we never heard from their support team or had training on how to use it.

Enable top tier CX by minimize operational costs and improving buyer retention

PROS

I chose to partner with Chatitive for multiple reasons. The benefits tied to the platforms simple workflow implementation, integration with our support tools and ease of configuration were key to our deployment. Chatitive ensures that we can deliver both B2B and B2C transactional messaging to our clients while also opening the door for future product offerings in marketing, user acquisition and buyer retention. Chatitive's platform comes with excellent onboarding support, solid technical guidance and a whole team of experts to ensure a timely and efficient rollout strategy for any business. I look forward to a long-term relationship with the Chatitive team.

CONS

The one and only requirement I would have of the platform would be to open up additional support platform integrations beyond Zendesk. During our onboarding process we discussed this with the Chatitive team and they are already actively looking at additional integration opportunities to offer to their partners. Their willingness to do so was remarkable and another key driver to our decision to partner.

Easy to Use - Definitely Glad We Use Chatitive!

PROS

Chatitive's platform is extremely easy to use and manage. One can create the SMS message, preview, and send the campaign all on the same screen. The platform is intuitive and easy to learn. It is easy to send SMS messages to your phone, allowing you to test the message and the workflow before you schedule the message. The Chatitive team is another huge plus. Everyone is amazing and willing to help any way that they can. They provide great support. They integrate with Slack, so they are never further than a Slack message away. They believe in building a partnership with their customers, which makes them a joy to work with. The Chatitive team also has great ideas and helps further our SMS program. I also love that Chatitive's system can integrate with different marketing platforms. For example, they integrate with Simon Data, which helps us to send personalized messages to highly targeted segments. Chatitive is also able to provide Amazon S3 exports which help us in analyzing data. The built-in analytics in Chatitve are extremely useful as well. The platform is straightforward and easy to use. Overall, I would say that it is a joy to work with Chatitive and I highly recommend their software for SMS and MMS messages.

CONS

I don't have any cons at this time. I think that the software is great and easy to use. The people are absolutely a joy to work with.

The #1 Option For SMS

PROS

At Peace Out, we vetted a ton of SMS companies and none of them came close to Chatitive in terms of capabilities and value. Not only do they have out of the box solutions that you can start using right away, the team is willing to build (or help build) any capability you need if they don't already offer it. Chatitive's customer success is impeccable! The onboarding and setup process was a breeze and they set up a Slack channel for us to ask questions whenever we need the. I kid you not, their average response time is less than 5 minutes. The Chatitive team is also very invested in making sure our program is success and has helped us immensely with marketing strategy, planning and execution. This has been an incredible experience especially when compared to other software companies that assign you a dedicated sales person, but then leave you hanging once you're signed on.

CONS

We are satisfied with every aspect of Chatitive.

They are eager to be more than just a platform. Their customer support is top notch and they have proven to be a great strategic partner in helping me think outside of the box when it comes to our customers.

PROS

Chatitive really stood out when we were looking at partners for our SMS program. They were able to handle acquisition, retention and customer service channels all in one platform. The tool is extremely easy to use and they were able to integrate with our other partners.

CONS

While we do use an external reporting tool, the reporting within the application could use a few tweaks to output daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to help with channel analysis.

We can not recommend Chatitive enough!

PROS

Our engineers have implemented countless software integrations with our internal systems and dashboards (ESPs, other SMS software, etc.) and they continue to tell me that Chatitive was, by far, the smoothest implementation to date. From a marketer's perspective, the dashboard is incredibly user friendly and makes testing workflows and updating copy a breeze. The (very easy) Zendesk integration was also a huge plus for our Customer Service team.

CONS

No Chatitive-specific improvements thus far!

Reason for choosing Chatitive

Chatitive's client support (shoutout to Connor!) is unmatched. We're pretty new to the SMS world and have had ample assistance from demos to launch. Can not recommend working with them enough!

Reasons for switching to Chatitive

We switched from Twilio for delivery messages and SlickText for marketing messages. We didn't feel either platform had the ease of use, client support, or features that Chatitive has.
