When I write my initial message, I can easily format my message with BOLD, italics, etc. But once I send the test email, and come back into the message, I often lose my capability to format the message. It can be very frustrating to go through the steps of the workaround, which is time consuming. It seems to be an intermittent problem.This isn't a con, but a suggestion. It would be nice if emojis could be used in the messages to employees. I tried it once and it created an issue with my posts where nothing after the emoji showed up in the message but I couldn't figure out why.
