Cloud campaign is a great value, well put together application. The team does a great job at looking at the shortcomings of their competitors and taking one step up! Overall the customer support team is very responsive to questions and concerns and will even work to add a missing feature.

It's a newer piece of software so it had a couple of glitches in the beginning (to be expected) over all when there was an issue it was handled quickly and we were kept well informed.

Overall, I've been very pleased with Cloud Campaign. Having the ability to design within the platform, schedule, and drip-post has increased our communication and interactions with stakeholders.

I like that all my accounts stay linked with no issues. The platform is very easy to use and I love the Canva integration.

I wish there was a feature where I could see all my social media feeds within the platform. I find that the Social Listening feature isn't enough.

The best feature of Cloud Campaign is its Brand forward approach to Social Media Management. With each Brand you manage, you can connect as many platforms as necessary under the same pricing structure. Unlike any other SMM platform.

The pricing for Cloud Campaign is high, comparable to to other platforms with similar features. However, after you hit a certain tier it evens out.

We've saved hours upon hours of planning, production, and reporting time. Cloud Campaign delivers a solution that we were using 3 different programs to create. It's been a game changer.

I really enjoy how convenient the calendar is. I am also a huge fan of the csv upload - very cool feature! I love how we can connect to clients' socials without going through a huge process, they can connect it themselves. Also our mentor [sensitive content hidden] is such a great guy, he helped us come up with our process. He is always there if we need him!

There is not much i can say i do not like about cloud. Maybe a warning beforehand if the title for a video is too long and will cause it to fail. Other than that i cant think of anything!
