  • Pros

  • Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
  • The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
  • This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
  • Cons

  • The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
  • Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
  • We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.

  • I love how they've focused on the needs of marketing agencies and are building a platform specifically for my needs. And they have the best customer support I've ever experienced.
  • So robust and has an almost endless amount of amazing features. Any function you can think of when running an agency, this software has the solution.
  • So simple to use, amazing functionality, puts following up with lead on autopilot, helps track conversions, helps get online reviews, great survey and opt in form builders.
  • Cons

  • They said they were going to refund charges and then didn't and I had to follow up multiple times and then was left disappointed in the end.
  • The support staff is untrained and borderline useless. Their staff will even admit they don't know how the system works, and from their words "no one really does.
  • Everything - clunky, poor UX, not simply to use, basic things such as 'education' is missing as a tab.
