Pros
- The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
- The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
Cons
- Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
- The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.
Pros
- The interface is very clean, most tools are easily accessible for every feature available and also, the very stylish and friendly design really improves the user experience, makes it more enjoyable.
- I love how the calendar setup works. Also the reporting it offers is so helpful in understanding what content is performing best, as well as providing an easy and beautiful report for clients.
Cons
- Lack of support for enterprise. Difficult to scale up using this tool.
- The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin. Instagram posting is also little glitchy.
