Low cost, ease of use, easy installation. This tool is great for low volume scrapes of website data. We use it a lot to capture company names, addresses, phone #, email addresses, and contact persons of various websites.

Lack of support, you are pretty much on your own however the product is so easy, you don't need much help.

I've been using Visual Web Ripper for years to extract online pricing data, and it has always been a very reliable product with excellent support. I've just upgraded to their new product, Content Grabber, which is a huge step forward in terms of features and easy-of-use. It's a bit expensive, but it has definitely been worth it for me.
