How databowl has made us improve in quality and quantity

The experience is very good and close, the technical team helps and advises us continuously.

Pros

The fact of using this tool has meant a change in our business model as we can cover not only traditional affiliation but also lead generation, swepts, creation of landings, all from the same interface, with all the power that this implies.

Cons

there are always parameters for improvement and the people at databowl are always changing, surely better reports on affiliation would be very welcome.

Reasons for switching to Databowl

It wasn't powerful enough and we couldn't do everything we can do with databowl.

All encompassing software solution for lead gen marketeers

Have to say that the short time I have been a full user/operator I have been very happy. After a short while you will be more than familiar with how to do most things and it becomes second nature. Support wise they have often gone above and beyond. Note** I have not purchased the support package but still get a good service and turnaround.

Pros

Ease of use, Familiarity within the industry making it easier to onboard new suppliers/clients. The team behind it are extremely helpful.

Cons

No cons as such but there are elements that could be improved. However these are minor and do not prevent you from achieving your goal. There is a way to log feature requests in any case.

Reasons for switching to Databowl

Not issue with LeadByte functionality wise in any way. It was simply more cost effective for my business to use Databowl as I got more bang for my buck in terms of package.

Useful central repositry for data/lead management

Pros

Introduced to Data bowl via a data broker we use- really nice interface and makes viewing and managing the campaigns really easy- love the visibility of invoicing and electronically signing off data orders.

Cons

Setup process to register account was a little long winded however appreciate it was to ensure stringent security and once set up account is easy to access/log in

Great Company & Product

Everyone was incredible to work with. We worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] a lot and they were always quick to communicate and provide us with what ever training and support we needed. Databowl is a terrific company that deeply cares about it's customers no matter how small they are and are committed to the success of everyone they work with.

Pros

Databowl allowed us to do everything we needed to do and setup complex ping trees that other platforms wouldn't allow us too.

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve for someone not super experienced with technology, but the team at Databowl was incredible in helping you troubleshoot and learn the software.

Databowl software & support is superb!

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] at Databowl has been incredibly helpful supporting with our launch and roll-out and liaising with our various teams to get us set up in such a short turnaround. The software is easy to use and reports have allowed us to optimize the channel more efficiently and above all has relieved the workload from our team!

The software has drastically streamlined our lead process and supported with scaling channels

Cons

We are keen to explore integration further and see how accessible this will be.

Databowl has allowed my business to flourish into one of the biggest insurance lead generation companies in the uk. With its clever filter system and landing pages we can direct the correct customers to the correct clients of ours.

Cons

There are no cons. As far as databowl is concerned any issue or problem is always rectified.

My experience with Databowl over 6 months

We have been using Databowl for 6 months now and it has truly made our lead generation efforts a breeze. As well as it being really easy to use, the team at Databowl are truly customer centric and go out of their way to help with any queries and questions we have. The upturn in results we saw from using it has been a real added bonus but the real winner for me is that we have a single view of every element in our lead gen environment and can change, monitor and adjust things with ease, it puts us in control and helps deliver the best campaign for our clients. I have worked in the lead generation game for longer than I care to mention and Databowl is one of the few products that I've use that genuinely makes a difference. It really is a fantastic bit of kit and working with the team at DB just puts the cherry on the cake. Brilliant product!

Intuitive and easy to use

Takes what is often a complex process of managing and validating lead sources across channels and creates a consistent and clear view of campaign effectiveness and, most importantly, supplier data quality. Shines a spotlight on who can and cannot deliver against campaign requirements which ultimately results in satisfied clients. The functionality and reporting the platform provides is exceptional, and the level of service we get is absolutely outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

10/10 we would recommend Databowl to any company that wants to have a robust 360 lead generation platform. Also any large enterprise company would benefit as Databowl offers dedicated support that become an extension of our team.

Pros

Robust validation service, custom reporting and expert dedicated team that is involved in creating high quality and engaging lead generation campaigns.

Cons

Some of the reporting features are missing but the Databowl dedicated team can action any custom request quickly.

Reasons for choosing Databowl

Databowl took our needs seriously and build a custom team around us with a compelling package that was fair and affordable. Databowl are not only our vendor but also have become an extension of our team.

Reasons for switching to Databowl

Previous vendor did not offer the support we needed. We are also a large enterprise and we require speed, accuracy and attention to detail which was not lacking from our previous vendor.
