We've been using this product now for about 7 years now & it's the brain child of all our inventory.
I can upload all my inventory and it'll export it to all the authorized sites I have assigned with them.
PROSWe love this product, because once I upload the vin number of our inventory. Once it decodes the vin number, it'll upload the make, model, trim level and equipment. And once you upload the pictures of the vehicle, we your permission the system will export all your vehicles to your website and your other authorized advertisement sites.
CONSSometimes it decodes the vin number of a vehicle we input incorrectly. So, we have to make sure that we display it correctly, with the right vehicle model trim level. And I wish that when it decodes the vin number, I'd have to really make sure the correct equipment is checked off. Other than that, it's a very dependable system.

Best Bang for your Buck
It seems to be the best bang for your buck. There are other products out there that do the same thing, but are not as widely used so the search results returned are not as apparent.
PROSIt is very user friendly. When posting new inventory, it walks you through the steps so that you do not forget anything. Uploading existing photos is easy. The app is very user friendly.
CONSI tried to make a sold vehicle active again and the steps to do so were not clear to me. I had to call customer support and they walked me through the process. When I have to do it again, I will probably have to call again because it is not a clear process to me. The integrations are helpful, but they need a little work as to customizing what you want to see on FB or Craigslist.
Reason for choosing Dealer Car Search
ease of use, functionality, integration and record keeping.
Reasons for switching to Dealer Car Search
Internet searches returned more of my vehicles than Dealer Car Search. Dealer Car Search was more affordable for us smaller dealerships, but because they are not as known as Cars For Sale, I lost interest in it. As far as the program itself, I liked it alot but I have to look at who gives me the best results.

You do not have the time, energy or money to waste on this CRM/website
There isn't a perfect system but this was a terrible choice. I ended up switching back to dealer center and am still paying dealer car seach until my contract is up in March. I had no other option as it was costing my money not having my cars post. I think they need a few more years to work out all the kinks before offering this as a CRM as well. An example... You can't send/ receive pictures from customers in the CRM.
PROSI was referred to them by Frazer and I didn't find and I didn't find any bad reviews. The problem is it has a strange back end that kept blocking stock numbers so I could never be sure my cars were being posted. If I sell them they do not always come down either. I switched to dealer center and still have the same problem.
CONSThey required a contract which I thought was strange but I really didn't think I would switch my CRM and Website with in a year so I signed up. I have had nothing but problems since. The inventory management is terrible it will not seamlessly integrate with Frazer or dealer center. I have about 98 cars in inventory and I never know what is posted and not. The customer service is terrible. You spend hours on the phone and it is always the other systems fault but they manage to "fix" it.
Reason for choosing Dealer Car Search
Great sales pitch when I called in. Told me I would get more leads and had a superior CRM
Reasons for switching to Dealer Car Search
Wanted to switch back to Frazer for simplicity but ended up back at dealer center

Great Value
The cost is much less than the competition but offers many of the same features. You have the ability to choose upgrades but only if you need/want them. East to use backend and great customer service.
CONSDoesn't have as many features compared with more expensive options, but still not bad for the price. Customizing the website is limited because they are made from templates and not one-off.

Entry level website
They provided a great service for us, but the times have changed and we needed a higher quality website, photos, contact options etc...
PROSThis company offered a great value for the price. The website was decent and it pulled directly from my DMS. The price point at the time could not be beat.
CONSThe ability to display high quality images was not available.
