Delivra is a cloud-based marketing platform designed for companies looking to manage automated email marketing campaigns. It’s suited for small to midsize organizations in a variety of industries, such as education, healthcare, real estate, insurance, construction and more.

Delivra features several applications that assist in generating and managing marketing campaigns. Marketing automation allows users to create email campaigns that are customized to their target audiences, segment subscribers based on demographics and create triggered responses based on prospects' actions. With Delivra, users can create customized content using built-in design tools featuring a drag-and-drop editor, and they have access to pre-set email templates for any type of message. In-house designers can also create custom email templates to match the branding of any organization. Weekly insights can be delivered directly to a user’s inbox to help track progress and top-performing content.

    Very user-friendly and affordable. I love the free templates available, they make it way easier in the design aspect. The customization features are super helpful too!

    Cons

    Although this software is great, I am still a big advocate for MailChimp. With Delivra, the integration process and importing/exporting subscribers could be a little more robust.

    Very easy to use software. Delivra equipped our team with the tools we needed for sending out automated emails.

    It is very hard to find anything I dislike about this software. I guess if I ever find one I will make sure to update.

    We don't actually use it at my work but I checked it out a friends company and was impressed with how easy it was. She was also on with customer support at the time and they were incredible.

    Cons

    I would have loved to try it but they don't off a free trial so I will stick with what I have and know!

    an application very easy to use with a very comfortable interface and has a support team helpful at all times.

    I love that you can segment emails and that the analytics are so precise - you can even see who's forwarded your email!

    Cons

    The email templating is a little dated, but it's okay if you know a little bit of HTML. I had to hire somebody for that!

    The ease of use is incredible. The drag and drop format is so user-friendly. The staff is great, too. They walk you through everything from the sales pitch, to the training, design, integration, and implementation. I couldn't ask for more.

    Cons

    They have automated email reminders if you don't respond to their staff within two days regardless of whether or not you tell them you will not be able to respond for a longer period of time. It's a little annoying, but I understand the purpose of the reminders and appreciate them.

    We are able to use this product for all of our communications. Professional looking with consistent design of our communications is very important.

    Pros

    The templates are easy to use. The program is versatile. The program serves all of our needs. We get a quick response if we have any trouble.

    Cons

    When you are pasting the text into the template, all of the spacing is lost. I save a lot, and the length of time is more than I like, but understand that the more text we have, the longer it takes to save.

    Very customizable even if you aren't coding an email. You can still get the look you are trying to achieve. They are constantly updating and adding new features.

    Although it's easy to use there are several features that seem somewhat overwhelming. However, they send out tutorial videos and updates regularly.

    Their support team is very responsive and helpful. The software also does its job. Has some solid automation options and good functionality from a scheduling and segmentation perspective.

    Cons

    Their platform is pretty buggy, especially regarding HTML templates. I've had several emails break with my developers not really having any idea what they can do to resolve the issue.

    Delivra delivers just what we need to keep our bowlers aware of upcoming specials and events. The ease of set-up is greatly appreciated.     Whenever I have had issues, and let's face it all software will at sometime, Delivra's customer support is extremely responsive. That's not to say I have had to call them very often (it's just that we have some special characters that we use), it's just when you do, you know that they'll respond promptly!
