Every time I have contacted customer support they've been great to work with and help me resolve my issue easy - and usually it's user error not Delivra! #### Cons The reporting is sometimes over whelming because I don't need it to be as intricate as it is. They take suggestions seriously. #### Cons New system rolled out recently has been full of glitches. It has many features that seem to be improved, but some features that I used in the older version are not available, though I am told they will be. I am not a very tech savvy person and would have preferred that glitches be smoothed out before I was changed over to the new version (though I have been able to switch back to the old version and work in the new version is there, so I can toggle back and forth between the two, if needed). #### Vendor response Hi Jennifer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. The drag and drop format is so user-friendly. The staff is great, too. They walk you through everything from the sales pitch, to the training, design, integration, and implementation. I couldn't ask for more. #### Cons They have automated email reminders if you don't respond to their staff within two days regardless of whether or not you tell them you will not be able to respond for a longer period of time.
