Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great tool for segmenting different email groups and setting up automatic trigger email campaigns so we can really target the exact customer we want to reach.

  • It's very user-friendly and allows a lot of functionality. The support has been very helpful. The dashboard is clean and the reporting is very informative.

  • Cons

  • Although the email templates are easy to use, I wish there was a little more customization available.

  • It's rather expensive. Unfortunately we have a very large catalog so the cost to sync this data to Dotmailer is quite high.

  • Pros

  • I love it. It has save my self and my company time and money. I love that I can access all the different features all from one place.

  • Very easy to use! I love it. I have tried many platforms and this one is by far the best.

  • Cons

  • Initially, I believe the learning curve for some of the features was a bit high. Since there was no complete guide of all the features, it took me some time to understand all of them on my own.

  • Most of the cons with the software isn't really Zoho's fault. A lot of functionality was lost when Facebook changed their API and limited access to third party apps. Still a great tool.
