My Inbox can get pretty unruly, so to have a tool that integrates into gmail and allows me to handle things where I spend most of my time is fantastic.

The UI is nice and clean too. New and great features are added often.

I felt a bit uncomfortable with the design. I was afraid of losing my emails.

My initial purchase was for a year upfront. After a few months I stopped using the software.

I like the most the style like Trello and the possibility to use the extension like a CRM to help sales.

I like the email templates and email sequencing. It allows me to follow up with people automatically and I can use my time very efficiently.

As soon as I got the email, I got in touch with support for a refund on the product as its no longer needed. Sadly, they have taken the money and are refusing a refund.

And rather than most organizational methods which require a bunch of time to set up and manage, it makes even the initial investment of time and effort pretty minimal and kind of fun.

It is a good tool to use, but I wish tools like this weren't costly. The cost adds up eventually.

Amazing support and service, really dedicated team that is clearly trying hard to produce a quality product.

I liked that it was fully integrated into the Gmail system. I could click on the Dragapp button and tweak the settings within Gmail.

The good part is that support team offered me video help which i couldn't because I am so busy. I hope things will be sorted out and I hope I will enjoy this product and refer to other people as well.

That's the best Kanban productivity tool that we've seen. It's super easy to use and integrates nicely with GMail.

The DragApp is of great help to organize my subscriptions and my work stuff.

I like the kanban frame that give me great visuals that help me prioritise work fast an easily. Is very intuitive ans user friendly.

Works with labels, so it's easy to search. Scheduling and Comments are SUPER AWESOME features for taking notes on emails.

I don't like how when I first add the extension I have premium features, and then I lost these features without understanding that I would only have them temporarily.

As fantastic as the product is, a big big win for me has been how responsive the team is. Not once have I experienced Customer Support like I do with Drag.

Support team, in particular, stand out as a team that provides star service whenever we need help, and I cannot praise them enough.

We have used that feature a lot to make the program our own. I also love the automated reporting so that I can send my reports to my superior by simply scheduling the action once.

Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.

I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in,  it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need.

We increased our sales with the help of this software by tracking all the customer queries and filling them in a timely manner, so the software worth the investment.

Relative to the completion, it provides a lot of functionality at a very reasonable cost. The support is responsive and good too.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.

Customer support has improved since we started to use workbooks as we can easily track previous calls. Also the ease of creating and scheduling emailed reports helps greatly.
