It takes some getting used to when creating workflows and automations, but it's no more difficult to use than any other product out there.

The 'error please refresh' message is constantly appearing. After copying and pasting or trying to set up a hyperlink, the site often freezes.

And a really vile colour scheme. I can overlook the colours but the techie-ness has been a barrier for me.

Great product at a great price for someone with a smallish email list.

Overall great experience, it's allowed us to expand our offering from a standard e-commerce site, to full-on marketing pipeline implementations.

By Tagging audience based on different options helps alot while desiging email campaigns. Drip is good tool but overpricing for lot of people.

I really like the concept behind it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use even for new users.

This is a full blown marketing and CRM suite and Mailchimp just sends emails. I still feel like I have more I can learn and do with Drip which is exciting.

I like the fact you can schedule a second email that only goes to recipients that didn't open the first email. Apart from that, there are plenty of other email products around with Drip's features.

Overall, our sales have gone up, our client engagement is high, and our team actually likes using the software - it's been a win/win/win/win/win from the beginning.

Integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is extremely bad.

There was a recent crash of the entire site which was very frustrating because there was no way to access my account.

Unlimited emails are great for an ecom business like ours, and the automation is essential for us (it's the main reason we switched from HubSpot, which cost literally 10x more to include automation).

For me, the automation and the connection to Jotform via zapier is very helpful.

I really enjoy this platform, I think is the best I have encountered I have tried constant contact and Mailchimp but Mailerlite is my favourite.

My experience with their lack of support has left a bad taste in my mouth, however.

The open rate on the newsletter is lower than it should be, a problem due to Mailerlite's servers getting blacklisted from time to time. It's rather frustrating when that happens.
