  • Pros

  • If you sell a lot of different types of products and customers, Drip's ability to help you segment people automatically is amazing.
  • Also the unlimited tags and the easy integration with Salesforce and Zapier is important for me. Support is usually fast, friendly and competent.
  • Drip has outstanding customer service, an intuitive and easy to identify interface, and unmatched features.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to use - Extremely slow and poor customer service - Dubious pricing model.
  • Integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is extremely bad.
  • The 'error please refresh' message is constantly appearing. After copying and pasting or trying to set up a hyperlink, the site often freezes.

  • I also love the extension it helps when looking for information off the internet. The support team has been very responsive and make sure my questions are answered.
  • Ease of use and integration with LinkedIn is great. Having easy access to saved list is nice.
  • What I liked most about RocketReach is that I can search for more appropriate prospects through filtering.
  • Cons

  • If a contact has bad information possibly you shouldnt charge that as a user lookup.
  • The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.
  • I'm frustrated that I enter info into the search filter fields and often come up with "0" results.
