The interface is intimidating with all of its bells and whistles.

What I really love of eClincher is that integrates many social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, even so is easy to use and offers great support.

This tool was very difficult for me to use and every time I tried I became upset and aggitated because it shouldn't be THAT complicated.

Tagging my top three reasons why I think ec is different than the noise. The value I received in the amount of features that are offered for the price I paid.

Lastly, they were and are flexible to our needs with a great pricing structure.

I think eclincher is best for companies with multiple brands, franchises, agencies, etc.

Renewing tokens can be confusing and difficult.

It gives you almost all the functionality of Sprout with a really easy to use interface. The response time is very quick to reply too.

I really like how easy it make it to manage multiple social media accounts. The ease of management and great price is amazing.

Basic plan offers a serious powerhouse of tools with great number of social platform integrations. The Canva and Pocket integrations are awesome.

EClincher is easy to use and makes organic posting so much easier.

The price is very steep. Ran with the trial version and loved it but we are too small to be able to afford the monthly price.

The UI takes a bit of getting used to but once your comfortable with it,  it's pretty easy to manage multiple accounts.

I sadly cancelled my membership. Within a few days, I was back.

One of the best features of eClincher is the chrome extension which lets to quickly post relevant content from web pages that you come across.

Ability to schedule and recycle existing content is great.

What's really unique about eClincher is how comprehensive they are, they offer all the features that I need, interface is easy to use, and they are super responsive.

The UX is clunky and not intuitive, and I'm distrustful of the accuracy of its influencer/topic search.

Not aesthetically pleasing, but very powerful, fantastic platform.

Support is very responsive and is keen to listen to suggestions for improvement in the program.

I love the various integrations with the relevant social media platforms on one dashboard.

It provides analytics and reports, which are great for tracking performance. The customer support is very helpful.

Available, patient, and very clear instructions. Everything you want from a customer service rep, you get.

Time savings have been great with this tool but it would be great to have additional trainings too.

An excellent time-saving tool for larger accounts with good recommendations.

Very nice intuitive workspace allows to do the job quickly and have fun with it. One of the best tools are one click optimizations with possibility to set custom filters.

It's a super helpful tool that I use daily, that is well worth the money, especially if you're in an agency role or manage multiple clients.

The constant updates to improve the software, plus the fantastic and quick response when you have an issue.

There is little consistency as to where selections are, filters, etc. The same for reporting, the templates can be confusing and you end up with a ton of duplicates.

It does not provide the service in Mac version that could be considered as inconvenient.

Some features require you to pay more. The shopping ads tools required a more expensive subscription.

Thanks to Optmyzr tools, I was able to acquire valuable insights and  help me to manage PPC accounts.

I love the budget forecasting tool. It helps me save tons of times budgeting each month.

Very good, useful for assisting with ad account maintenance, and always had great customer service.

Love the ease of use and the report templates are beautiful. Customer feedback has been nothing but positive.

More is coming with Google Analytycs and Bing Ads integration and it's very promising. Price remains much more accessible than some other big softwares and does allow to save lots of time.

I really like the budget/pacing features, reports are beautiful, and the support team is excellent/responsive and actively acts on feedback and glitches.

Spend projection visualises a specific account's current and forecasted spend for the month which is a useful tool too.

Great product in my opinion once you know how to use it, I'm sure there's plenty more I haven't explored yet but all in good time.
