Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is very impressive software. One of my customer suggested to use and I am very happy with that.
- As an entrepreneur building a business Email Octopus has been the perfect mix of a valuable tool at an affordable cost. The connection it helps me to create with my clients is truly appreciated.
- EmailOctopus offers a reliable platform at an excellent price, and the level of customer support is particularly good. Questions are answered promptly and efficiently.
Cons
- Email wise dependent on amazon ses. The templates are very poor and extremely limited in counted.
- My experience with EmailOctopus was a little frustrating trying to get things set up properly.
- Slashed my email marketing bill from $1300 a month with that monkey thing and now under $300 with faster delivery using Amazon SES.
Pros
- Everything is user friendly, and the product is the best I have worked with (and i've used many other email marketing platforms). So, great product, and great support team.
- Not only do they have the best prices but the editor itself is super easy to use and the resend to unopens (OpenBoost) is really awesome.
- My experiences were great and I would recommend this product to anyone that could use it. Everything is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
- We do have sales reps, who are not and don't have a problem with the drag and drop. They used to charge per account and now charge per email address block.
- I tried Fire Drum because we were having design/layout issues with Constant Contact, and found Fire Drum to be equally user-UN-friendly.
- The worst part however is the customer service, as the above issues could all be sorted out with software revision.
